1. Free Trial
We offer free access to selected features so you can try Tofy.ai before subscribing. We encourage all users to test the platform during this trial period to ensure it meets their needs.
2. Subscription Billing
Tofy.ai subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once canceled, you will not be charged in the next billing cycle. However, your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
⚠️ Canceling your subscription does not generate a refund for the current period.
4. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods, unused credits, or user errors (e.g., upgrading accidentally or failing to cancel before renewal).
Exceptions may be made in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate billing due to system error. 
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification). 
- Account issues caused by platform outages lasting over 72 hours. 
To request a refund in these cases, contact us at support@tofy.ai within 7 days of the charge.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and restrict access to Tofy.ai services.
